I DROVE UP TO VALLE PARKING, STOPPED TO INSERT VALLE PARKING KEY. IGNITION FROZEN-COULD NOT INSERT KEY. STEERING WHEEL LOCKED. COULD NOT CONTACT ONSTAR. EVERYTHING FROZE? CALLED ONSTAR WITH MY CELL PHONE? THEY SENT A WRECKER TO TOW CAR TO CADILLAC DEALER(APPROXIMATELY 25 MILES AWAY). CADILLAC ADVISED "IGNITION LOCK CYLINDER JAMMED AND WILL NOT ROTATE". CADILLAC DEALER "CODED AND INSTALLED NEW IGNITION LOCK CYLINDER", FOR WHICH I PAID $632.86. SHOULD THIS BE INCLUDED IN "IGNITION RECALL"? SHOULDN'T I BE REFUNDED THE $632.86 I PAID FOR THESE REPAIRS? *TR
