WHEN THE WEATHER IS RAINY AND ROADS ARE WET THE STEERING LOCKS UP IN A CURVE OR MAKING A REGULAR RIGHT TURN FOR ABOUT 3-5 SECONDS AND CONTINUES MOVING BUT CANNOT BE CONTROLLED DURING THAT TIME WHICH IS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR AN ACCIDENT. THE CAR EMITS A LOUD SHRILL SOUND. THIS HAPPENED THE FIRST FEW TIMES IN NOVEMBER 2005 AND BRANDON CADILLAC REPLACE THE POWER STEERING PUMP. FLORIDA RAINY SEASONS ENDS IN DECEMBER AND STARTS AGAIN IN JUNE, THEREFORE THE PROBLEM IS RECURRING. *JB
