TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 BUICK ENCLAVE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE KEY BECAME LODGED IN THE IGNITION SWITCH, WHICH MADE IT VERY DIFFICULT TO TURN OFF THE VEHICLE.
