2018 BMW G 310 R Engine Problems

Faulty transmission torsion spring. My shift shaft torsion spring found within the transmission broke, which made the gear shifting difficult and even impossible. BMW Engineers without looking at the transmission denied the warranty issue. My motorcycle has been in the dealership service department for almost a month. The BMW mechanic "believes this to be the issue " but is not allowed to open the engine.
