The vehicle failed to restart and was towed to Firestone, where it was diagnosed and determined that the engine had seized. The vehicle was not repaired and was towed to the residence. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 99,000.
