Some 2019-2020 Edge/Nautilus vehicles equipped with 2.0L EcoBoost engine and built on or before 14-Oct-2020 may exhibit an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) with diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) P0137, P0141 and/or P2096. This may be due to an exhaust gas oxygen sensor seal. To correct the condition, install an updated oxygen sensor, part number K2GZ-9G444-D. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 303-14A. For claiming, use casual part 9G444 and the applicable labor operations of Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.
About Technical Service Bulletins
A Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) is a document issued by a vehicle manufacturer to its dealers, describing a known issue with a specific vehicle or set of vehicles and the recommended procedure to fix it. Unlike recalls, TSBs are not mandatory and are typically only performed if an owner reports the related issue. However, TSBs can be an indicator of common problems with a vehicle.
