Bulletin Summary
This Service Bulletin informs customers that MCI was notified by ZF Friedrichshafen AG that the lower die-cast aluminum seal carrier of the front and trailing (tag) axle king pin mount has exhibited signs of premature wear on model year 2013-2014 MCI D model coaches and model year 2013-2016 MCI J4500 model coaches, and that MCI will remedy the affected coaches at no cost to the customers.
