This Service Bulletin supersedes Service Bulletin 415 in its entirety and informs affected customers that the DD13 engine does not reach an operating temperature that is sufficient to perform a regeneration at low ambient temperatures on model year 2013-2014 MCI J4500 model coaches, and that MCI will remedy the affected coaches at no cost to the customers.
