Bulletin Summary
Some customers may experience a hybrid system failure message appearing on the meter and the engine does not start. This is caused by improper logic of the Powertrain Gateway Unit. To eliminate this concern, the control software of Powertrain Gateway Unit has been modified. Customers having this concern should have their vehicle repaired using the following repair procedure.
