Consumer Description

The jeep will randomly lose cabin heat and blow cold air. It seems to happen mostly when the battery is drained. Took it to dealer but they tried to say it was normal which we stated it can’t be normal to not be able to defrost your windshield in the winter. I called mopar and they opened a case which then the dealer said they had luck changing a coolant valve that tends to stick. Not sure if that will fix issue or have seen people have luck with the ECH. It happened at 36000 miles
