The contact owns a 2018 Ram 3500. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V896000 (Service Brakes, Hydraulic). The contact stated that the brake and the traction control warning lights were illuminated. The local dealer was contacted and verified that the required parts to do the recall repair were unavailable. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the issue; however, no interim remedy or assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 87,000.
