The contact called a local dealer who completed the engine control software update; however, the contact asked about the fuel injector and was informed that the part was not yet available. The contact also called the manufacturer and was informed that the part was not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact had not experienced a failure.
