NHTSA Complaint #11709062 — 2024 JEEP WRANGLER

After a bad OTA update in October, in November before the stop charge recall was issued I noticed on Nov 21, when in "ELECTRIC" mode, after 10 or so minutes of driving the vehicle loses the ability to accelerate past half application of the accelerator. This lack of power continues until the accelerator is FULLY pushed on the floor forcing the gas engine on and causing immediate and dangerous acceleration. After this incident on the 11/21, I didn't charge again until I had the 68C recall performed where the dealer told me they think it's fixed. On my way home from the dealer it happened again. From here I emailed the dealer over the holiday and sent them videos of the problem. I opened a case with Jeep and brought it in. I was then told they replicated my issue but that it's normal now since all the updates. They refused to go for a quick ride along and closed my Jeep case with no resolution or help. This problem that did not exist before the OTA update. I don't know if it's related to the OTA update or related to the A7C recall, wither way I don't feel safe driving this with any amount of charge in it, even though the dealer gave an OK to charge. The dealer wants nothing to do with addressing this because I think they can't fix it since there is no CEL or codes in the computer. I don't know what to do from here.
