Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact received notifications of NHTSA Campaign Numbers: 25V766000 (Engine) and 25V741000 (Electrical System); however, parts to do the recall repairs were not yet available. The local dealer was contacted, and the dealer confirmed that parts were still unavailable. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repairs. The contact had not experienced a failure.
