The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed on a separate occasion, the passenger’s side windshield exterior A-pillar trim became loosened. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer or an independent mechanic after the most recent failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
