Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 2500. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the rear wheels locked up momentarily. The check engine warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was previously taken to the local dealer to be repaired under NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V797000 (Power Train). The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was contacted, who confirmed that the recall repair was a one-time free repair, and no further assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 188,000.
