The check engine warning light illuminated, and the messages "Service Emission System”, “See Owner's Manual", and "65 MPH Max Speed" were displayed on the instrument panel. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed, and determined that the diesel exhaust fluid gas tank connector terminal had overheated, and the gas tank and the wiring harness needed to be replaced.
