The vehicle failed to start after an hour but eventually restarted. The contact stated that the failure was related to NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V787000 (Electrical System). The vehicle was towed to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed with a malfunctioning hybrid battery. The regular batter was also inoperable. The contact stated that a software update was completed. The vehicle was partially repaired, but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was contacted, but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 30,000.
