I am demanding immediate contact from a senior executive or engineer to discuss this issue, next steps for resolution, and assurance that Jeep will take full responsibility for this safety hazard. If I do not receive a prompt response, I will be escalating this matter through legal channels and reporting it to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) for investigation.
