Consumer Description

My backup camera is not working, isn't that a safety feature? Every vehicle except mine is being recalled for the backup camera. I want it fixed as I have small grandchildren and I live in a park where there are small children riding their bikes. Thank you Sincerely [XXX] Just want to let you know I did contact Ford Motor Company and they basically told me I could pay to get it fixed because there is no recall on it.
