Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2016 Ford F-150. The contact stated that the rearview camera intermittently displayed a distorted or blank image while the transmission was shifted into reverse(R). The contact stated that the failure prevented the driver from safely operating the vehicle. The dealer and the manufacturer were notified of the failure and informed the contact that there were no recalls on the VIN. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 200,000
