Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2016 Ford F-150. The contact stated that while operating the vehicle, the back-up camera display image was distorted or appeared as a blank gray screen, creating a visibility hazard for the driver. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The manufacturer and local dealer were notified of the failure, but no assistance was offered. The failure mileage was 85,000.
