The contact owns a 2015 Chrysler 300. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the steering wheel failed to turn in the intended direction. The contact stated that the traction control warning light was illuminated. The contact stated that the failure had occurred while reversing or while making a turn. In addition, the failure had occurred several times, including once while driving in the rain. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic; however, the failure was not duplicated.
