Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2020 Ford Edge. The contact stated that the forward-facing camera stopped functioning as designed, with the messages "Pre-Collision not Available - Sensors Blocked, Please Clear Sensors" displayed. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer where it was diagnosed, and the contact was advised that the forward-facing camera was faulty and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
