NHTSA Complaint #11684945 — 2014 RAM 2500

I took my 2014 Dodge Ram 2500 (VIN: [XXX] ) to Glendora Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on Lone Hill Ave. for Recall R46. The dealership kept my truck most of the day but did not perform the recall. Instead, they told me something untrue—that my upgraded suspension made the repair impossible—without ever attempting the repair. They then tried to pressure me into signing a waiver of liability stating the recall could not be performed and gave me the runaround when I refused. This dealership was unwilling to help me and misled me instead of completing a federally mandated safety recall.
