Consumer Description
I am the owner of a small car rental business located in california]. My business fleet includes two Ford Bronco Sport vehicles, which are critical to my operations. This letter is a formal request for an immediate remedy and financial reimbursement for significant business losses I am incurring as a direct result of Ford's Safety Recall # 25 s76, #25V467. Due to the nature of this recall I have been forced to remove both vehicles from my rental fleet as of [XXX]]. These two vehicles represent 50% of my entire business fleet. Please advise.
