The contact owns a 2015 Ford Taurus. The contact stated that on several occasions, while in reverse, the image from the back over prevention screen was upside down. The vehicle was taken to a dealer, where it was diagnosed, and it was determined that unknown parts needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
