Hello, I own a 2019 Jeep Cherokee and recently noticed that the "4WD Service" light has come on. After having it inspected, I was informed that the Power Transfer Unit (PTU) is failing. I understand this is a known issue with certain Jeep models and may be covered under a recall or extended warranty. I would like to know if my vehicle qualifies for any related coverage.
