NHTSA Complaint #11673001 — 2020 FORD F-250

I am writing to formally report a serious issue with my Ford F-250’s fuel system. The system failed, which appears to have been caused by contaminated or aged fuel. As a result, I was forced to replace the entire fuel system at a personal cost of $15,000. Despite taking the vehicle to an authorized Ford dealership, the recall related to this issue has not yet been addressed. I am extremely concerned by the lack of resolution and the financial burden this has placed on me as a consumer. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed promptly and that appropriate action be taken to ensure the recall is completed and I am compensated for the related repair costs.
