Supporting Facts: • Unknown [XXX] bought a 2024 Chevy Silverado 1500 Crew ZR2 4WD VIN: [XXX] at C. Harper Chevrolet, [XXX] [XXX], Deal# [XXX], Paid $78.211.16 ➢ GM ordered a stop sales on April 2025 on all the dealer lots. They sold it to [XXX] after the stop sales was issued. ( No engine, Crankshaft Position Sensor Diagnostics recall inspection or 40 Wgt. oil change was issued. This was required before sales. (Recall N252494001) Release date: April 2025. I requested twice at two chevy dealerships for the engine to be inspected and fixed. No resolution was provided and they refused to fix it. ➢ GM issued a recall for Chevy Silverado 1500 equipped with the 6.2-liter V-8 gasoline engine. ➢ NHTSA.gov website “Part 573 Safety Recall Report”.
