The contact owns a 2015 Ford Taurus. The contact stated that on several occasions while in reverse, the image on the screen was flipped upside down and the back over prevention system occasionally failed to function as needed. The contact stated that the message “Contact Dealer” was displayed on several occasions. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
