Consumer Description

My Jeep Wrangler has an internal short in the instrument cluster. Recall campaign # 24V652000, diagnosed by Beck Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge in Palatka, FL. The Jeep instrument panel quit functioning completely on Monday [XXX] around [XXX] a.m with no prior warnings, warning lights or related failures. However, my Vin # is not showing up in the recall, but has the same reported failure as the recall notice. The Jeep dealership confirmed the instrument panel internal short on the same day as the failure, [XXX] INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
