The contact stated the back-over prevention camera seized and displayed a black screen. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed with a failed back over prevention camera system. The contact was informed that the back over prevention camera system needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. In addition, the contact stated that the vehicle was taken to the dealer twice due to the persistent failure. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure but provided no assistance.
