The vehicle was diagnosed, and it was determined that the blower motor wiring harness was burned and needed to be replaced. The contact was informed that the damaged part was not included in the recall repair and refused to repair the vehicle. The vehicle was not repaired for the most recent failure. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but provided no assistance and referred the contact to other Ford dealers. The failure mileage was approximately 90,000.
