Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2016 Nissan Murano. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the navigation system and battery warning lights illuminated. The vehicle then stalled. AAA arrived on the scene and determined that the alternator needed to be replaced. The vehicle was towed to the dealer, but the vehicle was not yet diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 129,000.
