The contact received notifications of NHTSA Campaign Numbers: 21V536000 (Power Train) and 24V957000 (Fuel System, Diesel); however, the parts to do the recall repair were unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure.
