Despite maintaining the car regularly and following the manufacturer’s guidelines, I have experienced repeated problems with coolant entering areas where it shouldn’t, which has caused significant engine performance issues and potential long-term damage. As a Ford customer, I expected a higher standard of quality and reliability, especially regarding critical components like the cooling system. I am disappointed that this issue has not been addressed proactively by Ford, and I urge the company to investigate this matter further and offer a resolution to prevent future occurrences for other affected customers.
