Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2016 Ford F-250. The contact stated while driving 70 MPH, the vehicle started shaking violently. The contact stated that the steering wheel was shaking uncontrollably, and the vehicle was drifting from side to side. There was no warning light illuminated. In addition, the contact stated that the failure almost caused a crash with another vehicle. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or a dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and a case was filed. The failure mileage was unknown.
