Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2014 Jeep Cherokee. The contact stated while operating the vehicle, the transmission experienced hard shifting and the vehicle stalled. The vehicle was taken to the local Auto Zone which diagnosed the vehicle with an inoperable TCM. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer and local dealer were not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 97,000.
