Consumer Description

Ford recall 14M02 for transmission control module (TCM) does not cover parts and labor required to fix additional equipment problems created by a faulty TCM such as the clutch. My 2016 Ford Focus only has 58,000 miles on it. The TCM is being repaired a 2nd time but Ford will not repair the subsequent damage to the clutch. This is a function and safety issue.
