Consumer Description

My rear camera on my 2014 Ford Fusion just stopped working on it's own (noticed on [XXX]). I then researched and found a recall; however, the recall is VIN specific and does not include my vehicle. This is a problem as my camera stopped working and deserves to be fixed as well the others that have already been identified.
