The contact owns a 2016 Chrysler 200. The contact stated while driving at approximately 25 MPH, the front passenger's side tire detached. No warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was towed back to the place of residence. A dealer was contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 128,000.
