Dear NHTSA, I am writing to report an issue with my vehicle, VIN: [XXX] , which appears to be related to a recall program. My dealer, BMW of Sherman Oaks #488, refuses to acknowledge the connection between the starter failure and the recall despite clear indications of this connection. I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter and ensuring that the dealer complies with the recall requirements and provides the necessary corrective action.
