NHTSA Complaint #11630683 — 2024 FORD MAVERICK

I am having trouble with the gas pedal. When you push the gas petal it makes a sound under neath the Hood. The car does want to move and when I push the gas pedal again it sounds real bad. There is something wrong. Also when you push the button to lock and unlock it makes a sound. So I took it to Freedom Ford in Wise Virginia. They took it back and about an hour this woman that works back there. She told me that the man that looked at it said that he didn’t know what was wrong with it. He said that he would have to get Someone that was an Engineer to help him. The Manager order this vehicle for me on line and put what I wanted on it. Some things wasn’t put on there. So he told me that it would take up to a year and I said that would be ok. Well, I order it toward the end of October 2023. Well In February 2024 I got my truck. There is no way that they could have fixed this vehicle and it pass through the Government. somebody fixed a Lemon. Would you please help me. This is the only 4 wheel vehicle I have.
