The contact owns a 2020 Jeep Gladiator. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the instrument cluster display failed to function as designed. The contact stated that the display screen was black. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed with instrument cluster failure. The contact was informed that the instrument cluster needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 43,000.
