The contact owns a 2020 Jeep Gladiator. The contact stated that the instrument panel failed to function as intended. The instrument panel displayed a black screen. In addition, none of the necessary information needed to safely operate the vehicle was displayed. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was not informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 80,000.
