The contact used the supercharger, but it failed to fully charge the vehicle and took 23 hours. The main screen failed to turn on. While driving at undisclosed speeds, the brake pedal was depressed, and the vehicle began to shake. There were no warning lights illuminated. There was an abnormal alarm sound heard. The local dealer was contacted, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted by phone and email but failed to respond. The failure mileage was unknown.
