NHTSA Complaint #11617972 — 2019 FORD F-150

The contact owns a 2019 Ford F-150. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked, the contact became aware that the rearview camera was inoperable. There was no warning light illuminated. The contact stated that the image displayed on the screen was very distorted. The vehicle was taken to the dealer but was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and referred the contact to the NHSTA Hotline for assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 78,000.
