Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2019 Ford F-150. The contact stated that the rearview camera image was intermittently distorted while reversing. A message to call the dealer was displayed. Two unknown dealers were contacted and informed the contact that the VIN was not under recall. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was approximately 55,000.
