Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2009 Nissan Murano. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the air bag warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the front passenger air bag failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The vehicle was taken to the dealer but was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and a case was filed. The failure mileage was approximately 94,000.
